February/March 2008-In celebration of the 40th anniversary of the mode makeup collections, shu uemura introduce their 126th collection named REBIRTH, with fresh and invigorating color palettes inspired by the excitement that surrounds spring. This spring, the collection will feature a special motif inspired by an abstract drawing by Mr. Uemura of flowers and greens in nature, signifying the budding growth of life during the spring season.

As a tribute to this collection and Mr. Uemura’s work, the Shu Uemura principle makeup artists Jason Hoffman and Misumi Kitano created three very special looks: Natural Beauty, Playful Beauty, and Spring Beauty. These new shu uemura Spring 2008 looks were created by shu uemura’s 2008 limited edition REBIRTH Mode Makeup Collection. The new shu uemura Limited Edition REBIRTH Spring Mode Makeup Collection includes the following new products: Pressed Eye Shadow a selection of soft and brilliant colors in pearls and iridescent finishes. Shades from top to bottom (see image below): Spring Breeze, Earth Brown, Sun Stream, Yellow Elation, and Pristine Green. 

Glow On-Soft shades that blend easily on skin to create a warm glowing look. Shades: Harmonious Orange and Tranquil Pink.

Tri-Color Eye Pencil-A unique 3-in-1 connectable eye pencil in soft creamy textures, can be used as a liner, layers to create multidimensional color or as a shadow base. Shades: Aqua Flow-Calm Tones and Energy-Flow Warm Tones.
