miss Pucci Perfume

Introducing the evolution of the Pucci woman. Imagine a gorgeous woman on a yacht in the bay of Monaco. Wearing her favorite Pucci evening dress, she captures everyone’s attention with her grace, elegance and beauty – she is miss Pucci personified. Epitomizing the world of fashion, Pucci is immediately recognizable by its characteristic prints and colors. Now equally identifiable within the world of fragrance, Pucci expands its fragrance house from the original Vivara, whose print was famously “inspired by the island, and the scent inspired by the print,” to include miss Pucci.

This emblematic and modern fragrance embodies the quintessential style of the “Pucci girl.” Colorful, youthful, fresh and seductive, she has an air of freedom while still maintaining sophistication and beauty. Always naturally chic, she exudes femininity and energy.

A sparkling floral and musky fragrance, composed by François Demachy, Christine Nagel and Benoît Lapouza, miss Pucci includes:

Top notes of elegant magnolia with the freshness of Sicilian winter lemon

Heart notes that blossom into a bouquet composed of suave Turkish rose, seductive Comoros ylang-ylang, delicate Tunisian orange blossom and voluptuous Arabian jasmine from India

A base that lingers on Texas cedar with lovely wood notes, powdered iris from Florence (the maison’s birthplace) and white musk for delicate sensuality

The bottle, designed by Ora Ito, is based on the small oval motif that often recurs in Pucci prints, most notably the Vivara bottle. The designer imagined “an evolutive, ergonomic and flowing packaged box, whose central point is an open window to the world…a kaleidoscopic, stained-glass window constantly playing with light.” Ribbons of coral, rose and orange make the miss Pucci bottle come to life, evoking the playful feel of the fragrance.

Available from August 2010 for $89 (75ml), $74 (50ml), and $53 (30ml) at Sephora, Sephora.com and Pucci boutiques nationwide. miss Pucci continues the legacy of the Pucci lifestyle, a world synonymous with sun-soaked destinations, seduction and a colourful symphony in perpetual motion.

About Pucci:

Emilio Pucci, the oldest Italian ready-to-wear company in existence, started on a sunny day in 1947 on the slopes in Switzerland when, Emilio put a girlfriend in a pair of slim, sleek ski pants and hooded parka of his own design. Over 60 years later, the brand is still booming as women around the world are drawn to the timeless appeal of Pucci style. In 2000, Pucci was acquired by the LVMH group, and the collections and stores continue to grow as celebrities and real women alike wear Pucci as a symbol of distinctive good taste.
