Introducing Shiseido Makeup Fall 2009: Shiseido introduces its Fall 2009 Makeup collection, created by Shiseido’s Artistic Director Dick Page. The inspiration for this line was drawn from mosaic art, bringing a variety of different shades together to create a “full wardrobe” of colors, one that would fulfill a woman’s basic needs for every occasion. These colors are reflected in the new Luminizing Satin Eye Color Line, an elegant collection with the luminous look of fine silk. Available in 15 unique shades, this new interpretation of neutrals, pastels and brights makes choosing a color an adventurous pleasure. Each shade is meant to wear alone or in combination for an unlimited variety of looks for the season. The suggested retail price is $25.

Angelina Jolie Shiseido’s New Face

Angelina Jolie is the new face of Shiseido makeup line. Angelina Jolie will appear in ads for the Japanese low-priced market makeup line called Integrate. Integrate will replace two existing makeup lines from Shiseido. It is also one of six of Shiseido’s brands that are being introduced as part of their “Mega Brand” strategy. Integrate will be competing with major existing makeup lines, such as: Revlon, L’Oreal, Cover Girl, and Maybelline.

Angelina Jolie’s addition to Shiseido marketing campaign was rumoured back in April of 2006. Angelina Jolie was appearently photographed in Paris for Shiseido’s ads and TV commercial when Angelina was still 6 or 7 months pregnant with her daughter, Shiloh Nouvel Jolie Pitt. Shiseido’s new television commercial featuring Angelina Jolie began airing in Japan in the end of of August 2006.
