This Spring, own a little piece of heaven with the new Celestial Spring Color Collection, designed exclusively by Avon Global Creative Color Director Jillian Dempsey. Inspired by the tranquil blues of the ocean and pastel tones of the sky, Jillian captured the lush range to create a look that is all about twinkling eyes, angelic cheeks and glistening starlit lips.

“The inspiration was based on soft, celestial hues of the beach – the ocean, the clouds and the sky. The blissful blues, sunset pinks and ethereal amber in the collection match beautifully with this season’s romantic designs and accessories,” explains Jillian.

The light and airy hues of the collection brighten up the smoky shades of winter and create a whimsical look for Spring. Eyes remain the focus with a palette of sunny brights, aquatic shades and barely-there tints of pearly coconuts and sandy tans. With swirls of pearl, marbleized baked shadows make eyes glisten while Big Color Glossy Lip Pencils create fresh, soft lips. Pale, opalescent nail shades complete the soft romantic look.

The Celestial Spring Collection: NEW Formula – Jillian Dempsey for Avon Celestial Eyeshadow ($8.00): Mixes of celestial shades are sprinkled with “star shine” for twinkling effects. The ultra-soft marbleized baked powder blends on as smooth as stardust. Available in Moon Sand and Sunset Sky.

Avon Celestial Eyeshadows both very delicate shades and very summery. You can apply Sunset Sky on eye lids just a little over crease and use Moon Sand to fill in rest of eye lid up to brow bone, and inner corner of eyes.

Jillian’s Tip: “Since the formula is baked, I love to apply it wet for super-saturated color. Use a wet brush to sweep color in the crease and make eyes pop. Add a touch of highlighter to the inner corners for a wide- eyed look.”

NEW Formula – Big Color Glossy Lip Pencil ($6.00): A liner and gloss in one, the pencil defines lips with juicy color and an ethereal glow. The moisturizing formula glides on smoothly to illuminate lips with divine shine. Available in Glossy Celestial, Glossy Rose, Glossy Sand and Glossy Sunset.

I love these Avon Big Color Glossy Lip Pencils, all three of them. They come in perfect and practical shades, they are super glossy, and  glide on easily on lips. Just beautiful!

Jillian’s Tip: “For a full, glossy pout, start by lining the edges of lips, then fill in for color that lasts for hours.”

Be Blushed Cheek Color ($8.00): Instantly impart a heavenly glow with this ultra-blendable blush stick. Available in Icy Petal and Tropical Peach.

These blush sticks by Avon are very glossy and sheer, and come in very practical shades. I can see myself loving and wearing both colors.

Jillian’s Tip: Smile to see the apples of your cheeks and apply a dot of Be Blushed on the center. Blend with your fingers in a circular motion toward upper cheekbones.

Jillian Dempsey for Avon Professional Mascara ($9.50): This dual-ended mascara features Jillian’s exclusive volumizing formula with the Max Pro Brush on one end to give volume and a waterproof formula with the Mini Pro Brush on the other end for smear-proof coverage on the tiniest of lashes. Speed Dry Nail Enamel ($4.00): Nails in soft, ethereal hues enhance the softness of the look, while vitamin E and calcium nourish nails. With Avon’s Speed Dry formula, nails dry in 60 seconds or less. Available in Mambo Melon and Sheer Chiffon.

I tried Speed Dry Nail Enamel in Sheer Chiffon, the perfect summer shade as manicure or pedicure. Sometimes in the summer you want to go for light shades of color and let the sunshine brighten the rest:)

Jillian’s Tip: “Opalescent nails play up angelic eyes and complement pale lips for a head-to-toe glow.”
