It treats the WHOLE EYE, not just under eye area. I got immediate tightening and hydration ON THE FIRST APPLICATION!!!!!! Now two weeks later, the skin around my eyes looks better- less fine lines, puffiness and dryness. LOVE IT!!!! Oh and the ball roller feels so awesome around the eyes... by far the best product I have used in years... I am 42 years old this coming December!!! This product is amazing.
