Here’s is an example that even beautiful girls like Cheryl Tweedy can look bad with just a wrong outfit and hairdo. I don’t mind the colors so much but the big puffy hair paired with a matching puffy shirt is just too much. If she pulled her hair up maybe it would have saved Tweedy’s outfit. Maybe.
