The custom fragrance blending boutique, Melange Apothecary, has recently moved to the bustling neighbourhood of Sherman Oaks California.

Owner and Perfumista Denise Estrada originally opened the doors of Melange (French for “Mix” or “Blend”) in Woodland Hills CA in July 2007, and is thrilled to have relocated to the current, more specious and relaxing location.

Aside from housing a beautiful and unique collection of home and personal care products along mirrored shelves and oversize glass decanters from lines including Claus Porto, Lafco, Abahna and Cote Bastide, Melange invited guests to play chemist at it’s one of the kind blending bar.

The blending bar has become such a popular destination for fragrance hounds in the know that Estrada now offers after-hour Blending Events by reservation and and classes on perfume making and natural skin care. For $55 per person, you’ll be provided appetizers and expertly blended products of your own creation.
