Fekkai’s Adir Abergel created a feminine and flirty style for Kristen Stewart’s David Letterman appearance and collaborated with Marie Robinson to change her hair color to strawberry blonde.

Abergel started by applying Fekkai Full Blown Volume Lifting Hairspray to roots before blow drying the hair with his fingers. He then took a 1″ curling iron and barreled curled all the hair back pinning it in place. Next, he sprayed some Fekkai Coiff Sheer Hold Hairspray and let the pin curls set.

After taking the pins out, he pulled the hair into a french twist leaving the bangs out. He created a side part and hand brushed the bangs. To secure the look, he sprayed Fekkai Coiff Sheer Hold Hairspray and Fekkai Brilliant Glossing Sheer Shine Mist for great shine.

Abergel started by applying some Full Blown Volume Lifting Hairspray to the roots and hand blow-dried the hair until it was completely dry. Once the hair was dry, he took a 1″ curling iron and barreled curled 2″ sections of the top of hair, and pinned it in place starting at hairline all the way to the crown. He then lightly waved the hair that was not in pin curls and left it down. To finish this look he took the pin curls out and backcombed the roots in order to add volume for the pompadour effect.

To keep the backcombing in place, he sprayed Fekkai Coiff Sheer Hold Hairspray at the roots. Next, he took a paddle brush and smoothed the top of hair into place. He completed this look by applying Fekkai Coiff Nonchalant Piecing & Forming Wax on to ends of hair to create some separation and sprayed Fekkai Coiff Sheer Hold Hairspray to lock in style.

Conditioned hair is very important for any sleek style. Abergel used FEKKAI ADVANCED GLOSSING SHAMPOO AND CONDITONER, leaving the conditioner on for 15 minutes. He then rinsed and towel dried the hair. Then he parted the hair in a deep side part.

Adir recommends following the arch of your brow to choose where to part your hair. He then took a large FEKKAI ROUND BRUSH and blow-dried the hair completely straight, making sure the roots were flat. Then spray with FEKKAI SHEER HOLD HAIRSPRAY to 2” sections of hair from roots to the end and use a flat iron to get a bone straight effect. To finish the look, Abergel took a 1 1/4” inch curling iron and lightly curled the ends of the hair for a nice slight wave and tucked the bangs behind the ear. Then with a 1” curling iron he curled the hair away from the face. Next, he created a foundation for the do by backcombing the bottom layers of the hair and tucking the hair under with pins.

After, he applied a pinch of FEKKAI COIFF NONCHALANT PIECING & FORMING WAX to separate the pieces of hair as well as adding shine. Abergel then tucked the hair under creating an asymmetrical bob- with a modern twist. To finish the look, Abergel pinned the first part of the hair tightly, let a few pieces hang and pinned the rest back very loosely.
