Jennifer Aniston’s Makeup: CHANEL Celebrity Makeup Artist Angela Levin worked with Jennifer Aniston at the Los Angeles premiere of The Switch on Monday, August 16th, 2010. Talking Makeup has the scoop on how to get miss Aniston’s fresh, radiant red carpet makeup look.

“I first prepped Jen’s face with the new CHANEL Sublimage Concentrate, to enhance her already radiant skin. Her base was La Mer Foundation in 06, and on her cheeks I dusted a bit of CHANEL Powder Blush in Rose Pétale. On her eyes I used CHANEL Quadra Eyeshadow in Tentation Cuivré, a rich brown and copper shadow palette new for Holiday. The warm shades compliment Jen’s gorgeous eye colour.

Starting from the inner corners of her lashes, I blended the shadow out, going from light to dark. For the liner, I used Tarte Clay Pot Eyeliner in Black. Finally, to make her blue eyes really pop, I finished with three coats of

CHANEL Inimitable Intense Mascara in Noir. I applied one coat, then brushed out the lashes, a second coat, again brushed out the lashes, and finally a third coat using a fan brush. Jen’s lips were natural with CHANEL Rouge Coco Lip Colour in Cashmere, a beigey peach shade, and Kevyn Aucoin Lip Pencil in Bare.”

“To begin, I used the mark Concealer Brush to apply the bronze shade from mark Keep It Going Longwear Eyeliner & Shadow in Surreal to her lashline and blended upwards to the crease. Next, I applied a top coat of mark I-Mark Custom Pick Eye Shadow in Gioia into the crease and smudged up to her brow bone. Next, I lined both her upper and bottom lashline with mark I-Mark Custom Pick Eye Shadow in Java using the mark Flat Eyeliner Brush. To add an extra hint of drama, I lined her inner lids with mark Eyemarker Color On Line in Jet and finished with two coats of mark Make It Big Lash Plumping Mascara in Raven.”

Face

“I prepped Lucy’s face by applying mark Face Xpert Flawless Touch Makeup in Golden with the mark Foundation Brush to even out her skin tone. Next, I dabbed mark Good Riddance Hook Up Concealer in Light/Medium under her eyes, blending it in with the mark Concealer Brush. For her cheeks, I used the mark Foundation Brush to apply mark Just Pinched Instant Blush in Peachy to the apples of her cheeks. I then dusted a light coating of mark Matte-nificent Oil-Absorbing Powder to eliminate any excess shine in her t-zone. I then swept a combination of mark Bronze Pro Bronzing Powder in Pro Golden and mark Glowdacious Illuminating Powder in Shimmied Up with the mark Powder Brush to accentuate the contours of her face and add a gorgeous radiance.”

Lips

“I used mark Juice Jems Lip Gloss in Juicy Fig to give Lucy’s lips the perfect amount of color and shine, without looking overdone.”

I can’t leave my house without these 3 makeup items:

NARS Enchanted Cream Blush, $26: A soft-peach cream blush that delivers a hint of shimmer and smooth, silky color. I even apply Enchanted to my eye lids to highlight or just alone. I get tons of compliments. The shade is very light peach coral which looks amazing on tanned summer skin. When it comes to blushes NARS is a genius!

Also from NARS is their Lamu Multiple, $38: A fresh, glazed-apricot shade with gold sparkles to create shimmering accents. I apply Lamu on my cheeks, forehead and a little bit on the side of my neck and even around the décolleté. Why not? As I said many times, makeup is all about freedom. It looks fabulous by the way. Must have for all of you who love to glow this summer:)

Both NARS Enchanted Cream Blush and Lamu Multiple are from NARS Summer 2010 Collection. And what makes both different than any other cream blushes is how sheer they are. When applied on the skin they blend right with your skin and the shade is super soft. Some cream blushes leave you looking like you were playing with your grandmother’s makeup bag applying her lipstick on your face. You all know what I’m talking about right? Not a good look lol.

And lastly, the best lip gloss in the universe (that and MAC Superglass) is MAC Dazzleglass in Smile, $18: A beautiful light and super sparkly coral. The other day someone asked me if I got my lips done. “Umm, no, it’s MAC Dazzleglass” I answered.
