Maybelline New York announce contest with winner landing on Broadway stage in CHICAGO the musical!

Be Sensational And Win is an amazing contest created by Maybelline New York in partnership with CVS/pharmacy, with the grand prize landing the winner on the Broadway stage, in CHICAGO, the musical. Although it is called a “walk on”, the winner will do much more than walk. Depending on the winner’s ability, you will get to sing, dance and most certainly have lines in this once in a lifetime opportunity.

Red carpet beauty scoop: Get the look of Mary-Louise Parker at the 61st Annual Primetime Emmy Awards. Mary-Luise makeup look was created by Makeup Artist: Tina Turnbow for Maybelline New York.

Stepping onto the red carpet in a single strapped, deep purple Zac Posen dress – Mary-Louise Parker was ready to shine at the Emmy’s! Tina was inspired by the deep purple and indigo tones in Mary-Louise’s dress, and her gorgeous gunmetal grey accessories. To play up the colors in Mary-Louise’s dress, Tina brought out her best features with a dramatic yet classic smoky eye, blushing pink cheeks and nude lips.

Face: Because Mary-Louise has beautiful porcelain skin, Tina kept her face looking pristine by applying Maybelline New York Dream Liquid Mousse in Classic Ivory – with touches of Maybelline New York Dream Mousse Concealer in Light under the eyes and to the tops of the cheeks to give a contoured look.

Cheeks: To compliment her ivory skin, Tina brushed on Maybelline New York Mineral Power Naturally Luminous Blush in Gentle Pink to the apples of the cheeks to give the look of a soft natural flush.

Eyes: Tina’s inspiration for Mary-Louise’s entire look was the gorgeous opal-toned smoky eye she created with Maybelline New York Expert Wear Stylish Smokes in Amethyst Smokes. Tina used all four shades in the palette to play up her eyes and add drama; the deep purples complemented her creamy skin and dark hair. She then followed with Maybelline New York Line Stiletto Liquid Eyeliner in Black on the upper and lower lash lines. Professional makeup artists will provide lip-scriptions and help women identify their perfect lip shades and offer first come, first served mini sensational lipcolor makeovers at Rite Aid, 26 Grand Central Terminal, July 30, 8-10 a.m., 12-2 p.m. and 3-7 p.m. Makeup artists also will be outside under the Taxi Stand at Grand Central Terminal 3-7 p.m.

Beauty Giant Maybelline New York Announces 4th Annual Beauty of Education Awards, $10,000 Grants.

Do you know someone who has changed lives through the power of education? Why not change her life and nominate her for a Maybelline New York Beauty of Education Award and a $10,000 grant for her education-related cause. You can even nominate yourself!
