Thanks to Talking Makeup’s Celebrity makeup artist contributor, Melissa Walsh, we have the scoop to how to get Parminder Nagra’s at the ER Finale Party.

Parminder Nagra is an English actress who came to international prominence in 2003 after starring in Bend It Like Beckham. More recently she starred in the Emmy Award-winning American medical drama series ER.

Melissa Walsh: “I started with a light base of Hourglass Fluid Veil foundation and brightened under her eyes with Jouer Age Repairing Eye Brightener.

I gave her cheeks a glow with Jouer Cream Tint in Petal and then dusted all over with Hourglass Invisible Veil powder to set the base.

I used a combination of Cream Eyeshadows Urban Decay in Moonshine and Asphalt on the lid, blended well and then created more depth with Smashbox powder eyeshadow in Obsidian along the top and bottom lash lines.

I finished the look by lining inside the eye with Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil in Zero and added Tarte 4 Day Stay Lash Stain on the lashes for ultimate staying power!

I lined Parminder’s lips with Hourglass lipliner in Bare and filled in with Girlacktik lipgloss in Pin Up to complete her glamorous look.”

Terri Seymour was co-hosting a charity event Thursday night in LA and is photographed here with her ex boyfriend Simon Cowell.

Living in the U.K. made me get to know many British Celebs and one of them is the beautiful, Terri Seymour. She is making waves here in the U.S. as a reporter on entertainment news show EXTRA and American Idol correspondent for FOX 11 in Los Angeles.

Face: “I started with Hourglass Fluid Veil, then smoothed Smashbox Photo-OP Undereye Brightener under the eyes and on the cheekbones for a glowing effect.”

Eyes: “I then lightly dusted Hourglass Invisible Veil all over and Benefit Powderflage under the eyes.

Her eyes were made up with a combination of Urban Decay’s new cream eyeshadows (which I love!) in Rehab and Delinquent and then I lined the eyes, top and bottom with Sue Devitt Studio eye pencil in Ava and deepened it with Bourjois eyeshadow in Noir Precieux.

“…I highlighted the inner corners of her eyes with Smashbox eyeshadow in Honey. I defined her lashes with Benefit Badgal mascara.”

Cheeks: “For her cheeks I used my favorite blush – Cargo in Catalina and then dusted Smashbox Halo Hydrating powder along her cheekbones for a subtle sheen.”

Thanks to celebrity makeup artist Melissa Walsh, Talking Makeup has the scoop to Terri Seymour’s makeup look at the 17th Annual Elton John AIDS Foundation Oscar Party this past Sunday. Terri Seymour is a British television presenter and actress best known for being the ex-girlfriend of The X Factor and American Idol judge Simon Cowell.

How to get Terri Seymour’s makeup look at 17th Annual Elton John AIDS Foundation Oscar Party by Melissa Walsh:

Face: “I started with Hourglass Fluid Veil Foundation then used Photo-op undereye brightener by Smashbox under the eyes to brighten and topped that with Powderflage concealer by Benefit. I finished her base with Hourglass Invisible Veil Powder dusted lightly all over.”

Eyes: “On her eyes I used Hourglass Calligraphy Liquid Eyeliner in Ebony along the lashline, Urban Decay eyeshadow in Vapor (a light shimmery silver) on the lids and blended up into the crease. Smashbox eyeshadow in Obsidian (A dark gunmetal shimmer) over the liquid eyeliner gave a smokey look and was blended along the lower lashes for definition. I finished the eyes with 2 coats of Fresh Supernova mascara for an intense flutter!”

Cheeks: “The cheeks were given a glow with Cargo Catalina blusher and the lips were first stained with Benefit Posie Tint for long wearing color and then glossed with Smashbox Aura lipgloss to give a subtle shimmer.”
