Fashionistas gathered at New York City’s Soho Grand, February 9th, 2011, to view a selective runway presentation showcasing the What Goes Around Comes Around collection for Fall 2011. Steer clear of pairing matte pastel shadows with a matte pastel lip, which can look a little 1960s… Unless, of course, that is the look you are going for.

To finish a beautiful spring face, Napoleon says: The high points of the face that naturally stand out will be further enhanced with a highlighter, so apply it to the cheekbones, browbone (directly under the brow), bridge of the nose, forehead and chin. Concentrate the most intensity on the cheek & brow bone. Utilize softer application on the nose, forehead and chin.

Napoleon says: Pastel shadows are so pretty and feminine- and so in this spring. There are pastel shades for women of all skin tones. Pinks and blues work well on fair complexions.
