How Much Does Your Stress & Diet Affect Your Skin

The times I notice a change with the way my skin looks and feels is when I’m stressed. Naturally when I’m stressed I don’t eat as well hence my diet changes. I don’t have the time to have a nice balanced dinner – instead I grab something fast on the go which is not as healthy or enough. Stress can come when working longer hours and also when I travel. My skin begins to feel dry, it looks deflated the opposite of plumped, and ashy grey i.e. lacks glow. Also not drinking enough water can make a huge difference on my skin, it makes it feel dry and tight. In a nut shell my skin can be sensitive.

I took the Simple Skin Health Consultation and I would like to share with you my Simple product recommendations. Here are the results in full.

Prep for the Perfect Smoky Eye

I’m a smoky eye addict and the only thing that can remove it by the end of the day is the Simple Eye Make-up Remover. I must admit that I wear smoky eye everyday all day, weekdays and weekends (I wasn’t joking I’m an addict). I love how smoky eye brings out my eyes and I feel powerless without it:) But I always get compliments despite what you might think that smoky eye can be harsh on the eyes, my skin looks great most days, that’s because of my routine using beauty products for sensitive skin.
