My Vaseline Total Moisture Body Lotion Product Review

First I would like to begin with my experience using Vaseline Total Moisture Body Lotion. When I first applied the body lotion on my skin the lotion felt super silky and my skin looked and felt hydrated immediately. The lotion absorbed quickly to my skin.

I didn’t feel stickiness. It didn’t leave a greasy or oily residue. The only minus for me was the scent. Simply because I tend to buy, use, and re-purchase, fragrance-free body lotions. I like to smell my signature perfume and not the body lotion fragrance. Mind you the scent itself was pleasant and kinda like cucumber. Maybe my suggestion to Vaseline Total Moisture Body Lotion is to include one fragrance-free version. Because I can tell you I know people that actually love perfumed body lotions and don’t think twice about. All in all it’s a great all around body lotion. I will purchase but will need to alternate with my fragrance-free body lotion, maybe on the days I’m not out working and not sprayed my perfume.

Khloe Kardashian and I chatted about her experience on her role on the show “Keeping Up with the Kardashians,” and she even shared with me some of her best kept beauty secrets!

I would like to share with you my interview with Khloe Kardashian, just in case you’ve missed it last time.

Khloe Kardashian is the youngest of the three sisters, Kim Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian, who co-owns DASH, a high-end women’s boutique, and SMOOCH, a children’s clothing store in Calabasas, California. You might also know Khloe from her role on the show “Keeping Up with the Kardashians,” which has quickly become an E! Entertainment fan favorite. In this interview Khloe talks about some of her beauty secrets: from her signature smokey eyes look to the lip gloss her and Kim Kardashian are obsessed about, her favorite city in the world, and future career plans.

Marta Walsh: How do you I keep your hair so beautiful?
Khloe Kardashian: I love Kerastase and all of their products. Once a week I use a deep conditioner on my hair by Kerastase because I get my hair done so much. I have naturally curly hair and I always blow it out.

MW: What are some of your favorite skincare products?
KK: I love Crème De La Mer. It’s a really thick moisturizer and it’s also good for your skin and body. And for soft moisturized lips I use The Lip Balm by La Mer also.

MW: Who came up with your signature smoky eyes look and what products do you use to achieve it?
KK: I don’t really know when we came up with the smoky eyes look, but we were doing the smoky eyes forever. What we like to do a lot is to fill underneath the eye with a green or purple eyeliner, something fun so it’s not so harsh. You can do smoky eyes with color, you don’t always have to use black. We use MAC eye shadows, because they blend so well. I also like using navy eye liner so it’s not so harsh as black. And it lasts forever. It’s fun to do smoky eyes, it always looks so sexy. In daytime you can use a brown and make it darker with a charcoal or a black, and it keeps all day
MW: What was the best lip-gloss you’ve ever owned?
KK: My sisters and I are obsessed with Nars in Turkish Delight. We love it! Kim and I are obsessed with it. I’m so much lighter than Kim, but it still looks so good on both of us.

MW: What is your signature fragrance?
KK: Child Perfume Oil. You roll just a little bit of it on your body and it lasts all day. Apothia at Fred Segal Melrose carries it. I don’t know where else you can buy it. I need to figure it out because I need more.

MW: Which one beauty product we will always find in your purse or makeup bag?
KK: You will always find in my purse a nail file. If I chip my nail, I just can’t function during the day. It bothers me to death. It is so annoying. The other day I chipped my nail and I didn’t have one, I had to go to Ride-Aid and it was a whole process. So I will never ever not have a nail file in my purse!

MW: What is your number one beauty secret?
KK: I love to put Vaseline all over my body before I go to sleep once a week. I put it on my feet, my knees and my elbows and dry areas. I also put it under my eyes. When I wake up I feel like a whole new person. And I love to brush my lips with a toothbrush, because I feel it plumps them up, and it get rids of all the dead cells.

MW: The celebrity you find most beautiful is…
KK: I think Halle Berry is absolutely stunning. I just love her. When she was pregnant and when she is not pregnant, she is just gorgeous. And I love the Olson Twins, I think they both have a unique beauty, I like how big their eyes are. They are gorgeous girls.

MW: How would you describe your personal style?
KK: Classic, but I like to make it sexy like to unbutton it a little and show a cleavage. I’m not trendy, I’m more classic.

MW: Are the clothes you wear on the show “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” from your boutique: DASH?
KK: We always try to wear as much as we can from our store: DASH, when we film or when we do a red carpet. Obviously sometimes we do shop at other places, but 95% of the clothes we wear on the show are from our store DASH. We always share clothes. The funny thing is, on episodes we worn the same things but everyone of us will wear it so differently.

MW: Which other designers do you like aside from the ones you carry at DASH?
KK: I love Missoni, I don’t carry it in my store but I would love to. Dolce and Gabbana. There are more designers that I love but I don’t have enough room to put them in my store. A designer that I do carry in my store in Michelle Mason, and we love her. She doesn’t sell to department stores. Her clothes are funky and different. I love wearing stuff that nobody else has.

MW: The city you love the most…
KK: Miami. I’m in a Miami phase. I might change in a couple of months, but I love the weather, the people, the restaurants, and the night life. I love to go out and mingle and there is a very good variety there.

MW: One or two things some people may not know about Khloe Kardashian…
KK: That I am actually a very sensitive person. Everyone thinks I’m all really tough. I am tough, but I’m also really sweet. I only let certain people to see this side of me, like the ones I love.

MW: Which project are you currently working on and what’s next for Khloe Kardashian?
KK: I’m trying to host. I really would love to host TV shows and red carpet events. I love fashion and I love being in front of the camera. And I really would like to get a clothing line off the ground with my sisters. I wish I could sing, but I can’t.

Bridget Marquardt is star of E! Channel ‘The Girls Next Door’ and hosts her own radio show, even fitting in some movie appearances.

I keep my hair beautiful thanks to… products by Frederic Fekkai. I love to use his “Protein RX” shampoo and conditioner. I also love their new line called “More” which aids in hair growth. In addition, I use vitamins by Phyto for strong healthy hair.

My favorite skincare products are… Oil of Olay Daily Facials and Oil of Olay Daily Regenerist night cream.

I get my eyelashes looking long, full, and sexy using… I always use MAX aqua lash in jet black. I use waterproof mascara no matter what because my eyelashes are very long and after blinking a few times mascara ALWAYS leaves a mark.

The best lip-gloss I ever owned… a little pink squeeze tube that I used so much the name rubbed off and I haven’t been able to find it since. Channel has really nice lip gloss as well.

My signature fragrance is… “Bridget”, seriously! I was able to develop my own line of perfume and bath products! I love it. It is sweet enough to eat ?

The one beauty product you will always find in my purse is… lip gloss!! I can’t stand to have dry lips.

My number one beauty secret is… Vaseline. I use a little under my eyes and on my hands at night. It keeps the skin moisturized.

The celebrity I find most beautiful is… Charlize Theron and Catherine Zeta-Jones.

My favorite way to relax… cuddling with my two furry babies Gizmo and Wednesday on my bed and watching TV or a Movie.

I am currently working on… My very own radio show; it is called The Bridget and Wednesday Friday Show on Playboy Radio/Sirius 198. I am also trying to host my own television show. Hopefully travel related. We are currently finishing the 4th season of the Girls Next Door.
