Holly Wins Make Me A Supermodel with Cutler

By Marta Walsh · 2008-04-04

Talking Makeup would like to congratulate Holly Kiser for last night's win on the hit BRAVO show: "Make Me A Supermodel" with her stand out, edgy pixie. Cutler/Redken Salon's Clyde Elezi gave her this drastic look back in January on the makeover episode, propelling her into a must-watch favorite. Did this put her a head of the game? We certainly think so!

About Holly's look:

"Clyde gave Holly square layers that were texturized to create a choppy/edgy finish. This look is completely versatile and timeless and can be customized for every face shape."

Last time, Rodney Cutler, owner of Cutler/Redken Salon told us, "A bob was nice, but it isn't going to win her a competition". He was right...the Pixie did!

Rodney gives us his scoop on how Holly's look really gave her the edge. "Being a supermodel is about reinventing fashion, it's not just about being pretty. Hair is so essential to an entire look and it's the biggest change you can make in a short period of time. As a model, you need to create trends, not follow them. A hair makeover can define your whole image."
