Makeup artist for Monique Lhuillier's Fall 2008 collection was done by Val Garland. The look was-full court, all color eye socket.

Shades: pigment in heavy grey blue, inky blue, purple, and burgundy. "It's quite reflective." Said Val. "Quite liquidy." The rest of the face was neutral bare, with a sheer vino lip.
