Get The Look: Kendall Jenner’s makeup by Marta Walsh.

Loving Kendall Jenner’s makeup look? Here’s my take on how to get the look! The basic premise for this look is smokey eye, flawless complexion with a subtle blush and nude lips.

Products:

Face

Begin with MAC Mineralize SPF 15 Foundation (it’s a compact not a liquid foundation)
Conceal under eye dark circles and any other imperfections with MAC Studio Sculpt Concealer
Finish with MAC Studio Fix to set the makeup and get rid of shine

Makeup Tip: I tend to use makeup brushes to apply, this way you get the best results. It eliminates that ‘caked on’ makeup look! The key word here is: SHEER!

CHEEKS

Apply either:

NARS Enchanted cream blush which is my absolute favorite!! It’s the perfect light and sheer coral shade with an illuminating effect. Secret: I even use it to prime my eyes before applying my eyeshadow! Also don’t forget to apply on your forehead a bit and neck. Make sure you follow the natural contours of your face to create a natural and continuous blush effect.

If you’re not into cream blushes than nothing does it better than MAC Mineralize Skinfnish in By Candlelight. This shade is very similar to NARS Enchanted but it’s in a very shimmery powder form. THE BEST!!

EYES

Apply all over eye lid and inner corner of your eyes either:

MAC STACKED 2! the top shade which is a super light golden peach shade and super shimmery (did I say super again LOL). Let me tell you a secret: MAC eye shadow pigments are the best, no one does it better!! You will get so many compliments like: “WOW what eye shadow are you wearing it is so shimmery and pretty!!”. The are long lasting and give an amazing dramatic effect.

OR

MAC pigment in LITHE.

OR

MAC Pigment in Gold Mode

Line your eyes with MAC RAPIDBLACK liquid eye liner in black and wing it at the end.

Then take an eye shadow brush that is a little pointed and line your bottom eye with MAC eye shadow in CINDERALLA which is a swirl of black, dark gray and silver and it is super shimmer, to create the smoky eye effect. If you want to add more drama dab a little on the side of your crease.

Because by now your eyes will look super dramatic and smokey a mascara is optional. If however you are addicted to mascara my favorite is MAC Fibre Rich Lash in black. AMAZE!!

Also you can skip the liquid eye liner if you wish and use the same MAC eye shadow in CINDERALLA to line your eyes instead (top and bottom).

LIPS

I have 3 favorites! All are a pale coral shade.

MAC lipglass in EMBRE GLOW. This one is super creamy. The shade is creamy coral. When you apply it completely covers your natural lip pigment for that perfect nude with a hint of color lip effect.

I skip lip liners!! I believe a lip liner actually make your lips smaller no matter what shade they come in!!! Makeup tip: instead of applying a lip liner use the lipgloss to line the contour of your lips, it makes your lips look plumped and bigger!!
