Melania wanted this dress to be about drama and glamour so that is what we did. The gown is made of Royal blue satin-faced organza and the color I recently used in my Fall 2010 collection. The draped bodice is fitted to the hip and the skirt of the dress is full with tucks and gathers creating a cascading wave – like movement.
