ASOS.com Introduces Free Shipping & Returns for U.S. Customers for a Limited Time
Launching on August 5th, 2010, ASOS.com introduces free shipping and returns for its US customers. ASOS will waive the fee normally incurred for its standard ($6) shipments across the Atlantic. All customers will receive a FREE returns label in their parcels which makes it easy to send back unwanted items in the mailbox and enable customers to track their return right back to the time the refund is issued at their U.S. returns facility.

The language will be Americanized, service messages will be U.S. specific, features on the site will be locally relevant, and there will be a US customer service team that will offer a 60 minute response time.
