Beauty Essentials For The Gym
Beauty essentials for the gym begin before you even set foot out the door. I like to be a full-fledged skin and makeup routing prepared and ready – yes, even to go to the gym. I’m talking about wearing a deodorant and shaving your legs and private parts because you don’t want to be mistaken for a wild animal in the sauna or steam room. You want to smell good; have smooth, flawless and clean skin; and have fresh breath as you come in the gym. Because going to the gym is a social thing, you never know whom you might bump into. Here’s my list of beauty essentials for the gym. These products might help you feel confident and ready to conquer any workout routine.
Dove Clinical Protection Clear Tone Skin Renew Anti-Perspirant/Deodorant will keep your underarms in check.
2. Gillette razor for women OR men – both work amazingly well, and I actually prefer the men’s (there, I said it!). This will keep your skin smooth and sexy.
Simple Cleansing Facial Wipes are great for wiping off the sweat during and after a good workout. Simple Vital Vitamin Day Cream SPF 15 is a must-have before going out of the house under makeup – it will keep your skin moist and provide much-needed SPF protection. Simple Revitalizing Eye Roll-On will keep your under eye skin soothed and plumped with moisture.
Maybelline AgeRewind Concealer and Foundation are the BEST (the powder is steady too)! It’s so quick to apply, and it has amazing SPF coverage.
Boxom lip gloss in Debbie is the perfect light pink peach. It’ plumping, long lasting and the tingling makes your lips feel and smell fresh.
Anastasia liquid eye liner…you don’t want to look unglamorous (even when you’re in the gym), and eyes without any makeup will make you look a bit drab and even tired.
Brush your teeth with Crest 3D White Glamorous White Toothpaste toothpaste and mouthwash for a sparkling smile and good breath.
Dial Liquid Hand Soap is the classic antibacterial soap, which is great to use after touching all those exercise machines, shaking hands etc.
I hope you’re taking notes, go get’em:)
