I already took Simple Sense, and these are some recommendations I received: on a mental level, I need to reduce my stress levels in order to be to be happier, which is very good advice. Easier said than done – I know, because life is full of action, but we shall do our best. As a top Paradise Valley & Scottsdale Realtor here in Arizona, my work does require many hours. Because I’m so passionate about my work, it sometimes can keep me up at night, ha. So I need to try to GO TO SLEEP ha:)
