Ali Larter teams up with Dove Haircare to take a stand for real beauty.  Ali Larter who is also a co-star of the Emmy nominated TV series Heroes, will get ready for the 59th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards without a professional hairstyling routine, by creating her own hair style using Dove Haircare products.  The message behind Ali’s collaboration with Dove is to give women a realistic view about hair and help them love the hair they have.  Some of the hairstyles on the red carpet take hours to achieve with a team of professional stylists. 

The red carpet is glamorous yet unpractical or realistic for everyday women.  This is according to Ali Larter. “I am going to go out on a limb by doing my own hair for the Emmys without any stylists. I am going to use Dove Hair Care products for five days, get my hair in great shape and I am going to rock the red carpet. I am doing all of this to help women realize the potential of their own hair and feel more confident every day”.
