Best Drugstore Foundations

Best Drugstore Foundations. Lately, I’ve been loving the L’Oreal Infallible Pro-glow in shade 204 and Maybelline Dream Velvet Soft-Matte Hydrating Foundation in shade 60 Sandy Beige. I do tend to get excited by the more ‘expensive brands’ foundations but I decided to give the drugstore products a go, why not, right?

The Pro-Glow is my go-to foundation: I love the packaging and the glow and healthy finish it gives to the skin without feeling heavy or cake-y. Perfect if you have mature skin. It’s light yet covers imperfection in an instant. Doesn’t smell like anything, no fragrance is a major plus.

The Dream Velvet has a different finish compare to Pro-Glow, naturally. It is more matte, but a ‘good matte’, not too much and not too drying, which is an incredible combination. It’s doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin also. I like to use it is as a quick touch up, and it fits perfectly in my makeup bag. This one has a light ‘cooling effect’ on the skin as you apply it first.
