How to Use:

1.       Start by applying Eyes to Mesmerise using your fingers for a soft, smooth and natural day look.  Work backwards and forwards on your eyelid like a windshield wiper to create a gorgeous wash.  Then, using Charlotte’s Smudger Brush, run the product underneath the lower lash line and blend in with your finger for a dreamy, hazy effect. For a more intense, smoky evening look, apply the product with Charlotte’s Blender Brush. Go from chiffon to a liquid lame finish by lightly dampening the brush.

2.       Complete the eye with the new Legendary Lashes mascara. Charlotte recommends powdering the eye area first and sticking to application on your top lashes because of its creamy, oil-based formula. For a youthful look, hold the brush vertically and pull up through the lashes from root to tip.  For a more seductive look, hold the brush diagonally across the lashes and pull the brush up and out at the outer edges for an exaggerated elongating effect.
