theBalm Cosmetics Will Be Featured In “MTV Hired”
theBalm Cosmetics and its CEO/Founder, Marissa Shipman, will be featured in an upcoming episode of MTV’s latest docu-series, “MTV Hired”. theBalm is the only cosmetics company featured in the series and will show how young girls can break into the cosmetics industry.
On June 3rd, 2010, at 6:30 pm, the episode follows the cult-favorite beauty brand as they search for a new office assistant. In the callback interviews, the three final applicants are asked to pitch a new product idea to the staff of theBalm. Someone definitely impresses the staff while another leaves them a bit “shocked.”
