Actress Shay Mitchell has been announced as the new face of the Pantene Pro-V Nature Fusion Collection. Shay is best known for her role on the ABC hit series Pretty Little Liars. She joins the long list of Pantene spokespeople, including fashion maven Stacy London. Mitchell to Appear in Pantene Pro-V Print Advertising Beginning February 2011.
