Looks like the main focus of the Harper’s Bazaar February 2009 cover is Scarlett Johansson’s red dress and beautiful smile. Makeup is understated with lips just lightly tinted. Hair is old Hollywood, Veronica Lake inspired.

The pics were taken in mid-November in the newly renovated Alice Tully Hall in New York City’s Lincoln Center.
