Last night, the MTV Video Music Awards lit up Brooklyn and Degree Women was there to capture all of the incredible DO:MORE moments. Although only a few went home with moon men, everyone came together in their pursuit of great music and doing more of what they love.

When I go to the beach I like to keep it simple, yet I don’t like to look too much like a “schlump.” To look good even while on the beach I like to use the following products: Simple Protecting Light Moisturizer with UV protection of course under my makeup. Summer Skincare 101
I don’t really change my skincare routine much in the summer. All I tend to do is up the SPF. So, for example, I switch from using the Simple Replenishing Rich Moisturizer as my daily moisturizer to using the Simple Protecting Light Moisturizer with SPF 15. It’s so hot and sunny here in Scottsdale, AZ, so I need that extra protection. These moisturizers come in super handy when I’m traveling – mostly to California and the beach – which I tend to do a lot of during the summer. I like how it’s fragrance free, easy and pleasant to use.
