Christian Siriano was inspired by a recent trip to Isla Mujeres on Mexico’s Yucatan Peninsula, and the destination’s exuberant color palette. The new collection features vivid prints, woven raffias, and sculptural organzas all in vibrant hues. “I wanted the collection to be light, feminine and romantic,” says Siriano. “Like the girl left the beach but she had a cocktail party to go to, and threw on a dress, a bright lip, and little highlighter.”

“This look focuses on textures with a matte lip and luminous skin, but it’s not about being sweet; she’s still a cool rag & bone girl,” says Westman. “This is the first time rag & bone has ever done a lip look like this. We decided to go with a bold lip because it fit so well with the clothes this season. There is a lot of shine to the collection, as well as pastels, so I really wanted the lip to pop. The lip color was inspired by the World Cup in Brazil and the eye look was inspired by what your eyes might look like the morning after going to bed with your makeup on.”

My Outdoor Fitness Routine
My outdoor fitness routine includes lots of walking and hiking in Paradise Valley, Arizona, where I live. It is by far the best exercise for me and most enjoy exercising. What’s not to like? Fresh air, beautiful homes to look at as I walk – not to mention it’s uphill, so I’m really getting a good work out. I try to hike at 8:00 in the morning just before my workday, this way my phone is still quiet and my head is clear. I do about one mile. The best feeling is after I’m done… I won’t lie, I feel skinny and healthy right away and very ready for the day.
Hiking in Paradise Valley beats any gym. I’m just not that gym person, I get bored at the gym. Many times I would sign up at a gym and never go. I’m truly lucky that I live in such a beautiful place like Paradise Valley. With 300 days of sun and beautiful weather, outdoor fitness is just a no brainer. Of course when I’m back home I go straight to the shower and use Simple Skincare to cleanse my skin and moisturize it before makeup and work clothes.

TOM FORD ANNOUNCES THE EXPANSION OF HIS MADISON AVENUE FLAGSHIP STORE
Tom Ford announces the expansion and renovation of the TOM FORD flagship store on Madison Avenue in New York City. Opened in April 2007 to coincide with the TOM FORD MENSWEAR launch, the Madison Avenue store is the original TOM FORD flagship. The renovation increases the size of the store to over 13,000 square feet and reconfigures the floor plan of the salons. The first floor is now devoted to Womenswear, with a separate salon for Women’s Eveningwear, and the second floor is devoted to Menswear, with a new Fragrance and Eyewear salon for men. New furnishings, fixtures and artwork are added throughout the store.
