Blake Lively’s makeup. CHANEL Celebrity Makeup Artist Rachel Goodwin worked with Blake Lively at Spike TV’s “Scream 2010″ on Saturday, October 16th. Rachel shares her tips with Marta Walsh on how to get Blake’s radiant, golden red carpet look.
“I wanted Blake’s makeup to be radiant and golden, so I used lots of warm desert colors. On her skin I blended Burberry Sheer Luminous Fluid foundation in Trench #03 dampened with Shea Terra Organics Moroccan Rose Water. I subtly sculpted her cheekbones with Soleil Tan de CHANEL Moisturizing Bronzing Powder in Terre Ambre using a flat foundation brush and placed Nars Sex Appeal Blush on the apples of her cheeks.

This weekend America’s little princess Chelsea Clinton got married to Marc Mezvinsky in Rhinebeck, New York on Saturday evening July 31, 2010. First let me begin with “Can you believe it”? I remember Chelsea a little girl so clearly and amazed at how fast time flies. Now let’s talk style. I absolutely love Chelsea’s strapless Vera Wang gown with a wide jewel-encrusted band. The groom, groomsmen and father-of-the-bride looked classic with their tuxes by Christopher Bailey of Burberry. Congratulation Chelsea Clinton!

Claire Danes looked exceptional in a strapless slate-grey gown by Christopher Bailey for Burberry, with a hair look that highlighted her elegant pale blonde color with natural-looking polished and textured waves. According to stylist Peter Butler for Moroccanoil, “the look was elegant with a luxurious rock-and-roll edge. I created a higher part than Claire usually wears to open up her face and created smooth, flowing waves that looked tousled yet sophisticated. It’s almost like a modern version of combed out beach waves with a refined texture.”

Peter Butler first applied a dry shampoo at the roots for volume, then used new argan oil-infused Moroccanoil Light to smooth and hydrate strands, reduce frizz, and help prepare and protect hair before using a curling iron. “I used Moroccanoil Light because of Claire’s fine texture and delicate pale blonde.
