Looks like soft waves or beachy waves is the latest hot hair trend on the red carpet. I love it because waves and a part in the middle seem effortless, a great look for the summer!

According to Robert Ramos, celebrity hair stylist to Jessica Alba and Eva Mendez, among others a part in the middle is most flattering if your face is round. Avoid a low-deep side part and move it toward the center. By parting in the center of the head, the face will appear narrower. It’s an instant way to thin out cheeks.

However, with a narrow face, avoid center parts because it elongates and extenuates the narrowness of the face. Opt for a low-deep side part to add width to the face and make it appear less narrow.
