David Linley has become synonymous with bespoke furniture design and interiors. After founding his business in 1985 with the aim of designing and manufacturing furniture of the highest quality, he opened two beautiful LINLEY shops in London – one in Mayfair and one in Belgravia. David has written three books and has lectured around the world at prestigious venues such as the Victoria and Albert Museum and the Metropolitan Museum of Art. What is Ocean Day? Observed on the eighth of June every year, World Ocean Day is a chance for people around the world to celebrate the beauty and bounty of the oceans and recognize our connection and dependence on them. The holiday is not officially recognized by the United Nations (UN), but over 700 museums, conservation organizations and agencies take it upon themselves to celebrate the holiday and work for its official recognition.
