Eyes: “I started by applying mark I-Sheer Hook Up Creamy Eye Shadow in Glacee to her inner eyelid with a concealer brush. Next, I applied mark I-Mark Custom Pick Eyeshadow in Corset to the lashline, concentrating on the outer lashline using an eyeliner brush. I also used the same shadow to smudge along the bottom lashline with the eyeliner brush. I then used mark Eyemarker in Jet to rim her inner eyes and finished by applying two coats of mark Make It Big Lash Plumping Mascara in Raven.”

Eyes: “Miley’s dress was an ombre princess inspired dress with a lot of detail, so we wanted to keep her makeup soft. On the base of her eyelids, I swept on mark I-Mark Custom Pick Eyeshadow in Latte. I then blended mark I-Mark Custom Pick Eyeshadow in Espresso lightly in the creases and smudged underneath as a liner. Lastly, I coated her eyelashes with two coats of mark Make It Big Lash Plumping Mascara in Raven.”

I then smudged a thin line of mark On the Edge Hook Up Liquid Eyeliner in Cleo with mark I-Mark Custom Pick Eyeshadow in Corset along the lashline. To finish, I coated her eyelashes with two coats of mark Make It Big Lash Plumping Mascara in Raven.”
