This season, Redken Global Creative Director Guido capitalized on understated beauty at Victoria Beckham’s FW 2017 Show.
“A lot of designers like to talk about personality. At some shows, you can find an edgy, East Village cool-girl, but here at Beckham we wanted to highlight an understated beauty. I’ve seen a resurgence of a new idea of luxury in hair – very clean hair that’s left to dry naturally. I love using Diamond Oil Shampoo and Conditioner to obtain this level of shine.
Redken Creative Consultant Guido created a simple, chic hairstyle at the Victoria Beckham Spring 2013 show early on Sunday morning that was more natural than in past seasons with textured lengths that dried naturally.
“The center part and shine on top creates a strong, even dramatic look on the Victoria Beckham girl today, but the overall style is still very youthful and American. The style is minimal, yet done – it’s very wearable.”-Guido, Redken Creative Consultant

NEW YORK—Makeup artist Charlotte Tilbury wanted the models at Victoria Beckham’s Spring 2012 show to look “handsome” and “sporty”. Charlotte created fresh, glowing skin with shading and highlighting to contour the face. For the eyes, Lancôme Liner Design in Bronze Couture was mixed with Absolue Bx moisturizer and applied to the crease and then topped with Juicy Tubes in Pure for a glossy finish. Lips were muted with a dab of concealer. Groomed, slightly arched eyebrows gave the look a feminine edge.

Redken Creative Consultant Guido created a unique pulled back style that was sleek and sophisticated in the front yet girly with a natural in the back, perfectly reflecting the aesthetic of Victoria’s Beckham’s Spring/Summer 2012 modern, chic collection.

“I needed to break the clean, sleek lines in the front to modernize the look, so I created a rough matte texture in the back. The key is to make it look effortless, which I did by using two distinct textures in one look. Some find it difficult to wear their face so exposed, but the boldness and austerity of the forehead in this look is what makes it beautiful.”–Guido, Redken Creative Consultant

Victoria Beckham’s baby shower was held at L’Ermitage this past Saturday (May 7, 2011) in Beverly Hills.
We are told that: “Posh’s only request for the day – anything pink! The thrilled mommy-to-be, along with her celebrity guests including, Eva Longoria, Selma Blair, Demi Moore, Rachel Zoe and Nicole Richie fully embraced the party’s pink theme by decorating their hair with pink Jasmine flowers. One of Victoria’s favorite gifts honoring the party’s theme was ECOYA’s beautiful Sweet Pea & Jasmine home fragrance collection.”

Victoria Beckham presented her spring 2011 collection of supremely feminine and beautifully constructed dresses today. New York Fashion Week SS 2011. Show: Victoria Beckham Spring Summer 2011. Didier Malige, lead stylist for Frédéric Fekkai, was inspired by hairstyles of the 60’s—without the tease—for the Spring 2011 Victoria Beckham show.
To create the look, Malige first prepped dry hair with Fekkai Advanced Full Volume Styling Whip to give hair slick volume. Then, Malige created a middle part and tucked the hair straight behind the ears and spritzed with Fekkai Sheer Hold Spray to make the hair more straight and heavy. He finished the look by using a waiving tool to make an unexpected single crimp across the back of the hair. The result was a modern take on a mod era.
