In Marta’s Shower: Face Cleansers
Want to know what’s in Marta’s shower? So many products I love these days, so little time to blog, lol. But here is a sneak peak to my shower and to some of my favorite face cleansers these days. As you can tell it’s very challenging for me to take a shower lately, because I have so many decision to make as soon as I wake up. It goes like this: “Umm…which face cleanser should I use today?” lol.
CHANEL MOUSSE EXFOLIANTE PURETÉ Exfoliating Cleansing Foam Purity + Anti-Pollution: It’s very creamy, it exfoliates, and gentle. Like with any face cleansers, avoid the delicate eye area.
Philosophy Purity Made Simple:Very gentle and refreshing cleanser. One of the best creamy cleansers I’ve ever tried.
Kiehl’s Rare Earth Deep Pore Daily Cleanser:If you like that fresh clean feeling after you wash your face, then you would love this Kiehl’s cleanser. I’m hooked:)

Kiehl’s introduces Rare Earth Pore Minimizing Collection which is available from August 2009.

Kiehl’s Pore Minimizing Toner: This dual-phase pore minimizing toner is formulated with ingredients sourced from the Marajo Island at the mouth of the Amazon River to help eliminate surface toxins from the skin. The absorbent powders of the Amazonian White Clay help to refine pores and control excess oil as it maintains the skin’s PH level. After application, skin appears matte, with re-balanced moisture levels. I use it everyday now! I love this toner. It refreshed my skin after shower and when my skin needs that extra cleaning. Peter Thomas Roth Eye Overhaul Duo

Peter Thomas Roth Eye Overhaul Duo ($58) is a day and night eye cream. The day cream part is a light white lotion. It quenches my under eye area in an instant. The cream is not perfumed. The night cream is a yellowish looking serum and even lighter in consistency than the day eye cream. Great value for my money product, and fantastic space saving product when I travel. If you are looking for a good eye cream, you can’t go wrong with this one.

Dior Capture Totale Multi-Perfection Concentrate for wrinkles, density and brightness: I apply this serum right after shower, before my day cream, and it feels amazing. It immediately sooths and hydrates my skin. It is light and not greasy. Absorbs easily and quickly into skin. It is a bit pricey, at $135, but good investment for your skin!
How does Dior Capture Totale Multi-PerfectionConcentrate Serum actually looks like? It’s a sheer light pink serum, and smells clean, soft and not overpowering.

Vichy Normaderm Pro Mat Ultra-Mattifying Oil-Free Lotion SPF15
Vichy Normaderm Pro Mat Ultra-Mattifying Oil-Free Lotion SPF15 ($21) is what I like to use before I put on my makeup and step outside the Arizona sun. Best feature about this face cream is that it’s not greasy thanks to its Dry Finish” Technology: a shine-control formula. It is very hydrating, and protects me from the sun. The cream itself smells very clean which is always a plus.
