New York Fashion SS 2011. Designer: Proenza Schouler. Hairstyle by Paul Hanlon for Frédéric Fekkai.

Paul Hanlon, lead stylist for Frédéric Fekkai, created a rough, tousled half-twist with volume and wave for Proenza Schouler’s Spring 2011 runway show. Hanlon began by applying Fekkai’s Coiff Oceanique Tousled Wave Spray heavily throughout the hair from roots to ends, creating texture and fullness.

New York Fashion Week Spring 2010 Report: Lead hair stylist Didier Malige for Frederic Fekkai styled the models at Proenza Schouler.

The look of Proenza Schouler:

Didier Malige, lead stylist for Frédéric Fekkai was inspired by the California surfer girl at the Proenza Schouler show. He created beachy, tousled waves by prepping hair with Fekkai Beachcomber Leave-in Conditioner and then spritzed hair with Fekkai Coiff Oceanique Tousled Wave Spray. He finished the look by pulling Fekkai Coiff Magnifique Ultra-Light Finishing Crème through the hair with his fingers. The result was natural, sexy and sun-kissed.

Lancôme Pout-à-Porter Lipstick Collection is Back!

Lancôme is thrilled to announce that they’re bringing back the Pout- à-Porter Lipstick series! The previous four lipsticks in this collection were collaborations with celebrated designers Behnaz Sarafpour, Proenza Schouler, Peter Som and Thakoon. All four of the lipsticks sold out and one Proenza Pink lipstick even sold for $122.50 on eBay.

For Spring 2010 Lancôme is collaborating with emerging designer Chris Benz and they need your help!

Lancôme is doing a lipstick naming contest that was announced on Chris Benz’s Facebook fan page today (While you’re there don’t forget to become a fan). The new shade will be inspired by Chris’ Spring 2010 collection and will be worn by the models at his show in September.
