On my recent trip to Scottsdale’s Fashion Square Mall (where I spend much of my precious time LOL) after drinks and appetizers at McCormick & Schmick’s Seafood Restaurant I’ve walked into a newly opened Ted Baker London store. I was super excited to have access to what I call ‘The London Look’ in Scottsdale Arizona! Needless to say I wanted to buy so many things! BTW The sales guy was extremely cool (cute) and friendly and he even offered my husband and I a drink. Ted Baker, I will be back:) x
AllSaints
While I was in London England I took a walk in Notting Hill and stumbled upon the AllSaints store. One of the things I miss about living in a big city is walking the streets and discovering new cool shops. I used to do that all the time when living in New York City. Back to AllSaints, I immediately fell in love with their boots and leathers. They are exactly my style. See, I feel sometimes as if I never grow up. I will be wearing leather pants and go out on the town when I’m 80, LOL. Anyways, AllSaints is Marta Walsh’s new style obsession.

Get The Look: Celebrity stylist Frank Barbosa of Frank Antonio Hair and Makeup, Newport, RI, takes us behind the scenes of “The Sorcerer’s Apprentice,” where he performed his wizardry for the film’s up and coming star Teresa Palmer. The Sorcerer’s Apprentice is a 2010 fantasy adventure film produced by Jerry Bruckheimer, directed by Jon Turteltaub. Also staring in the film Nicolas Cage. To create an aura of effortless glamour, he transformed her hair into loose waves. Frankie says, “I wanted a style that was both timeless and care-free.” Hair care products by: René Furterer.
Here’s how Frankie worked his magic to achieve Teresa’s loose waves:
1. As the on-set stylist, it was critical for me to start out each day with a good foundation. To keep Teresa in character for a particular scene, continuity was key—her hair had to look the same in every take. Having a good foundation makes it easy to do touch-ups in between takes.
