Celebrity makeup artist Leslie Lopez gave Hathaway her ultra-glamorous, ultra-dramatic look, with smokey eyes as the focal point. Leslie swept Lancôme Color Design Eyeshadow in Statuesque over the entire eyelid, dabbed Color Design Eyeshadow in Daylight on the brow bone and finished with several coats of Lancôme L’Extreme Mascara in Black. Anne’s sheer, neutral colored lipstick- Lancôme L’Absolu Rouge Lipstick in Couture Suede-was the perfect finishing touch.

Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana commissioned renowned makeup artist Pat McGrath to collaborate and consult on the development of the premier color collection Dolce&Gabbana The Make Up.
Pat McGrath will innaugurate the anticipated collection’s U.S. debut at the Saks Fifth Avenue flagship location in New York City.

Lancôme, Supermodels and The Met Ball: How To Get The Look!
Celebrities, supermodels and fashion designers flocked to The Metropolitan Museum of Art on Monday for Vogue’s annual, star-studded Costume Institute gala. Hosted by Marc Jacobs, Kate Moss and Justin Timberlake, this was New York’s party of the year!
There was no shortage of glamour on Monday and Lancôme provided the makeup for a bevy of beauties including Lancôme ambassador Anne Hathaway, Lancôme spokesmodel Daria Werbowy and Arlenis Sosa, Alek Wek, Du Juan, Michelle Alves and Vanessa Traina. Costume Institute Gala 2009: Get Miranda Kerr’s Sexy Look with VS Makeup
Victoria’s Secret Angel Miranda Kerr Brings Sexy To The Red Carpet…Make-up Style
Stepping out into a deconstructed-chic 1930’s vibe at the 2009 Metropolitan Museum’s Annual Costume Institute Gala, Miranda Kerr wanted her make-up to be sexy, trendy and evoke a modern twist.
“She wanted sultry, smokey and a sensational eyes” said Victoria’s Secret Make-up Artist Meredith Baraf.”
To get her look, Baraf used five simple tips anyone can do at home:
1. Prep: To begin, Baraf always preps the eye. Using products from the new VS Make-up PRO line
she applied VS PRO Lasting FX Eyeshadow Primer all over the lids and under the eye, helping to
create the base for a perfect, long-lasting, smooth eye.
2. Liner: Baraf used VS Make-up Eyeliner in Extreme Black. Applying it on both the upper and bottom
lash line. “The key to the smokey eye is to smudge, smudge, smudge, says Baraf.”
3. Eyeshadow: Baraf used VS Eyeshadow in Fierce and blended it in the crease of the eye as well as
VS Make-up in Champagne in the inner corners to make the eyes pop.

Luxury Beauty company GUERLAIN Paris recently hosted some of our favorite New York ladies and the 2009 Operation Smile Event Chairs in their effort to help change children’s lives worldwide. They were treated to a day of spa treatments, cocktails and Rouge G lipstick engraving. Operation Smile Event Chairs that attended include: Olivia Palermo, Gillian Hearst.
