Sienna Miller Wearing CHANEL Beauté at the Tokyo premiere of G.I. Joe

Sienna Miller wearing CHANEL Beauté at the international premiere of G.I. Joe, Monday, July 27, 2009, Tokyo, Japan.

Get Sienna Miller’s Look: Sienna Miller’s makeup was done by Makeup Artist Kate Lee for CHANEL Beauté, and here is how to get the look:”For the Tokyo premiere Sienna wore a Gucci suit. Her hair was up and in a modern/ chignon type ponytail, so I decided to make the look more of a subtle version of Jerry Hall/ Helmut Newton by gently smoking out the eye with a mid grey matte shadow. Inside the eye I used CHANEL Intense Eye Pencil in Graphite to add intensity, and the silvery grey reflects the light. I wanted to balance the look without conflicting with her amazing suit. On the lids I used the grey shadow from the CHANEL Smoky Eyes Quad, with the CHANEL Eclat Lumiere in Beige Rosé as a base. On her lashes I used several coats of Exceptionnel de CHANEL Mascara. I sculpted the cheek bones with CHANEL Powder Blush in Fresque. Final touch… the lips were CHANEL Rouge Allure in Instinctive.”

Makeup Tips:Dior sweat-proof makeup

Beat the Heat with Dior sweat-proof makeup tips!

Looking for ways to beat the heat this Summer? Diorshow Celebrity Makeup Artist, Ricky Wilson, offers some beauty tips to keep you looking both pretty and cool when the temperature rises: “Makeup that holds up in high heat situations is never thick or textured. Less is definition more is when you know you are going to sweat. Remember to always blot before powder to eliminate makeup build and creating texture”.

The following are the Dior products Ricky Wilson recommends:

DiorSkin Airflash Spray Foundation: “Sweat proof and transfer resistant. Since it is so light weight and breathable it gives you coverage without breaking down in high heat and humidity.”

Dior Waterproof Crayon Eyeliner in Trinidad Black: “Perfect for lining through eyes. It’s silky smooth and goes on with ease but won’t budge once it sets.”

Get The Look:Madonna’s “Eye-Conic” Look

Talking Makeup is excited to share with you shu uemura’s Artistic Director Gina Brooke’s latest creation of custom diamond eye shadow as part of Madonna’s new look for her Sticky & Sweet 2009 summer tour.

Madonna makeup with Gina Brook for shu uemura

Inspired by Madonna’s hit song “Ray of Light”, Brooke, who has been working with Madonna since 2002, transforms Madonna’s eyes nightly by applying a mixture of crushed, small flawless diamonds and white eye shadow to her lids. “The resulting brightness and glow from Madonna’s eyes captivate the audience and reinforces the fact that there are always new possibilities with make up – and no rules,” commented Brooke.

To create this sparkling and bright look, Brooke adds shu uemura’s ME White 906 Pressed Eye to provide a soft, gorgeous light-reflecting, diamond like effect. Brooke feels that any woman of any age can wear a shimmery, ethereal shade like ME White 906. A little sheen helps enhance the eyes and gives an instantly younger appearance. Madonna is always up for trying new things and I think all women should feel comfortable experimenting and enhancing their beauty – on stage or off,” stated Brooke.

Summer 2009 Red Carpet Beauty Trends: This summer celebrities like Lauren Conrad, Giselle Bundchen and Hilary Duff all appear to have just stepped off the beach and onto the red carpet. Christina Zilber, make-up stylist and founder of Jouer Cosmetics teaches us easy ways to fake a healthy luminous look.

How To Get Healthy Luminous Skin: To protect skin from excess oil, Christina begins by using fingertips to apply Jouer Essential Matte Touch where needed. Get the Look:Hayden Panettiere at the 2009 “I Love You, Beth Cooper” Screening

Get a sneak peek to Hayden Panettiere’s makeup look at 2009 “I Love You, Beth Cooper” Screening!

Hayden Panettiere’s makeup is all by NEUTROGENA.

Makeup Artist Amy Oresman collaborated with NEUTROGENA brand ambassador Hayden Panettiere to create the starlet’s look for the New York City premiere of “I Love You, Beth Cooper”, and now shares how you can achieve this gorgeous look on your own:

Inspiration: Hayden’s look was inspired by old Hollywood glamour – with a new young twist. This is one of my favorite makeup looks for a starlet. It’s sexy and subtle.

Eyes: I wanted to create a subtle smoky eye that wouldn’t fight with the bright juicy lip we were planning on using on Hayden. To create this look I started by using NEUTROGENA Nourishing Eye Quad in Blue Smoke, this created a subtle smoke to the eye by using graphites and blues, which are not as harsh as black. I then framed the eye with NEUTROGENA Nourishing Eyeliner in Cosmic Black, which has a slight glossy sheen creating just a hint of drama around the perimeter of the eye. I topped the look off with NEUTROGENA Healthy Volume Black Mascara. This look is all about lashes and lips. This mascara is perfect for the three coats of mascara used to create ultra volume.

Makeup Meltdown Solutions:Skindinavia Cool Flash Makeup Finish

I’m always on the look out for the latest beauty innovations. Finding  a way to help my makeup stay in place all day and all night, especially during the Summer, is quite revolutionary! What I’ve discovered is Skindinavia Cool Flash Makeup Finish. It is designed to be heat resistant and to hold my makeup in place. What I like about this spray mist is that it feels fresh as water and doesn’t have an overpowering scent or feel (it’s oil-free), so it is a no brainer for me!

Skindinavia Cool Flash Makeup Finish Heat Resistant Makeup Hold ($29): A weightless mist holds foundation, eye shadow, blush and concealer. Other benefits: Fewer required “touchups” throughout the day. Helps reduce makeup slippage into pores, lines, wrinkles, or scars.
