For Fall/Winter 2010, Hervé Léger by Max Azria fuses its iconic signature and couture techniques with the speed of street athleticism. An achromatic palette is energized by flashes of neon brights, blurring the lines between sophistication and urban edge. Cross-laced panels, textured prints and enameled surfaces highlight the aerodynamic shape of the female form. Her second-skin armor gives her the confidence to stand tall in the face of the future. At Richard Chai, Gucci Westman for Revlon keyed makeup. Lips were defined with new-for-fall Revlon Suede Rhapsody Multi-Use Palette, set to launch in September 2010. First, Gucci applied ColorStay Lip Liner in Red all over the lip as a base, then painted on the deeper red lipstick from the palette which created a matte effect. “The clothes don’t have a lot of color, so I felt a pop of pigment was needed on the lips,” explains Westman.
Hair Tutorial: Miley Cyrus’ sexy textured style at the 52nd Annual Grammys was a perfect rocker chic look that played off her Herve Leger mini bandage dress and emphasized her long, natural waves. “Miley has effortless style and taste,” said her stylist Scott Cunha, “and I always try to complement this by working with her natural hair texture, accentuating the waves and texture with a curling iron and a flat iron.”
To create the look, Cunha first applied Moroccanoil Treatment on damp hair for silky shine, smoothness and to eliminate frizz. He diffuser-dried her hair and then created a dual-textured look, first using a flat iron from the roots down, then a 11Ž4″ curling iron to wave the rest of the hair.

Despite the bitter cold of a typical New York winter, Jessica Stroup heated up New York Fashion Week, with smoldering makeup courtesy of theBalm Makeup Artist, Felicia Roman. Wanting all attention on Stroup’s bright blue eyes, Felicia went dramatic with the lids and kept the rest simple.
How to create Felicia Stroup’s makeup look?
1- Pick-Up-Liners in Don Juan were smudged around the lashes and in a thicker line covering most of the bottom part of the lid to achieve smoky definition. Because the Pick Up Liners are half the size of a typical pencil, Felicia was able to get up close and really push the liner into the base of the lashes with perfect precision.
